How does the quote process work?
Send a brief describing your project (industry, scope, budget) via the contact form or email. We review, propose a curated bundle sized to fit, and reply with a fixed-price payment link within 24 hours. No obligation until you accept.
How long does a quote take?
Standard reply within 24 hours (usually the same business day). Urgent quotes flagged in the brief get replied to within 4 hours during Australian business hours.
Do I need an account?
No. Quotes are handled entirely by email. Your download link is emailed after payment. We do not create accounts, log-ins, or dashboards.
Bundle Sizes
What size bundle should I pick?
Starter (25 templates) covers small projects and one-off client work. Growth (30) adds admin dashboards and industry verticals. Studio (40) covers everything including specialty categories. Custom Quote handles anything outside those tiers, from 5 to 500+ templates.
Can I buy without requesting a quote?
Yes. Starter, Growth, and Studio bundles are fixed prices - see Pricing. Quote requests are only needed for Custom sizing or specialty selections.
What is in each bundle exactly?
Every bundle is curated to your brief - contents differ per client. Common categories: landing pages, portfolios, corporate sites, coming-soon pages, admin dashboards, app landing pages, and industry verticals (restaurant, health, real estate, education, medical, photography).
Delivery
When do I receive my bundle?
Immediately after payment. Your bundle .zip is emailed to your registered address within 60 seconds. The download link stays valid for 7 days and can be used up to 3 times.
What email will the delivery come from?
All delivery emails are sent from noreply@templateselection.com. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and add us to your safe senders list.
What if the download link expires?
Reply to your delivery email with your order reference and we will issue a fresh link. Free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Adaptive pricing shows your local currency at checkout where supported.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe on their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
What appears on my card statement?
Charges show as TEMPLATESELECT on your card statement. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us at support@templateselection.com before disputing.
Licence & Usage
Can I use the templates for commercial client work?
Yes. Every template in every bundle is delivered under a commercial-use licence. You may modify and use templates in paid client projects.
Can I resell individual templates?
No. Redistribution or resale of individual templates as-is is not permitted. Selling a finished website you built from a template to your own client is fine.
Do you provide source files?
Yes. Every bundle includes complete HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript source files. No obfuscation, no build steps required.
Support & Refunds
What if the bundle does not fit my project?
14-day refund guarantee. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days of purchase and we will refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
